Born from the fires of Burning Man in the year 2000, Alcazar began as a DJ and art car captain aboard the Rocketship mutant vehicle. Alcazar is now known to play music that is dark, dirty, booty shakin’, and cerebral. Now a part of the STiRTy DJ collective in San Francisco, Alcazar has been a staple in the recent STiRTy parties and has gained tremendous support from the local community, being invited to perform at festivals, parties, clubs, and of course Burning Man camps. Alcazar pulls from many genres in his performances, such as Techno, House, Tech-House, Deep House, Future House, and Breaks.
