TERMS & CONDITIONS

FESTIVAL TICKETS

Joshua Tree Music Festival and events produced by Joshua Tree Music Festival will happen whether rain or shine.

Tickets are non-returnable. Joshua Tree Music Festival cannot accept responsibility for unused tickets. Tickets are considered forfeited if not used/redeemed at the event they were purchased for. Refunds may be made available in the instance the event is cancelled without being rescheduled. Artist line-up, set times, performers and advertised attractions are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are cancelled.

Our authorized ticket supplier is Afton Tickets. Tickets may be purchased directly from aftontickets.com. Afton’s terms of service can be found here: https://aftontickets.com/terms-and-conditions.

Tickets purchased from unauthorized sales channels (e.g., scalpers or resale sites) or third parties may be forged, and in this case would not be honored or eligible for a refund. If you do choose to purchase from a third party, you assume full responsibility for ensuring your ticket is valid. You may contact us before exchanging money to confirm a ticket is legitimate.

Once you purchase your ticket you will receive an order confirmation email from Afton Tickets on behalf of Joshua Tree Music Festival. You will exchange your printed ticket or scan your mobile ticket in exchange for your wristband at Will Call upon arriving at the Festival. You will not be allowed to enter any festival events unless wearing your own, valid wristband. Festival wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be tampered with. Tampering with your wristband may deem it void and result in you being removed from the festival or required to purchase a new ticket.

There will be no automatic right of re-admission during the Festival should the wristband become lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged and you unconditionally accept the risk of damage to, loss of and/or theft of your band. Your wristband is not redeemable for cash.

Anyone caught forging entry tickets, wristbands or any other special admission tickets in order to access the Festival or sell such tickets for the festival will be prosecuted without exception.
