a village!

Our Work Exchangers are an integral part of making Joshua Tree Music Festival happen. We have opportunities before and during the event. You can choose to work in exchange for your festival ticket or festival ticket and meals. Other perks include free day parking, discounted Campground Vehicle Passes and Early Entry, not to mention being part of our wonderful Work Exchange family!

You will NOT see any shifts when you first submit your application in Bloomerang! Once we’ve reviewed your application and double checked that we received your deposit payment we will then accept your application and sign you up for 2 of your shifts. Based on how many hours you are working you will sign up for your other shifts.

6. Things To Remember When Signing Up

  • Reminder: we will sign you up for 2 shifts initially, we will try to accommodate your submitted preferences.
  • You will choose your other shifts.
