Sydney Aldana is the founder of In Our Nature Sex & Relationship Coaching, an inclusive adult sex education practice centered on LGBTQIA+ experiences. As a Latinx queer non-binary woman, Sydney understands the importance of a safe space to explore sexuality and relationships. Their mission is to empower individuals to embrace their sexuality through education, somatic practices, and support in a judgment-free environment.
With a background in psychology, Sydney has spent nine years working as an educational therapist and social-emotional coach for families and children. They have developed a coaching practice that welcomes people of all sexual and gender identities, ages, and cultural backgrounds.
In Our Nature serves individuals, couples, and polyamorous groups, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all. Sydney’s priority is to create a safe space for clients to explore their sexuality and relationships, helping them reconnect with their natural and powerful sexual selves.
