Robyn’s (She/Her) journey into neuroscience, mindfulness, and movement is both personal and academic. With over two decades of yoga experience and a Master’s in Educational Psychology, she has spent her career exploring the intersection of the mind and body, uncovering how movement and breathwork can rewire neural pathways, regulate the nervous system, and enhance mental well-being. She approaches her yoga classes with lightness and joy. Robyn is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to provide a space for people to reconnect with self through breath, movement, and community! See you on the mat!
