Rebecca has been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years and brings a contemporary approach to the traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga. Her teaching is deeply rooted in anatomy, encouraging alignment and safe exploration of postures, bringing dynamic and creative sequences to her classes.
