TRISHES is a project by Trinidadian-American Trish Hosein, created to express Freud’s construct of self through spoken word, live looping and vocal effects. TRISHES began touring the US and abroad after graduating from the Berklee College of Music, and has opened for acts like Damian Marley, Vic Mensa, K. Flay and Neon Hitch. She’s been featured on NPR, Billboard, Rolling Stone, MTV & VHI, and performed internationally at festivals like SXSW, CMW, Tune In (Tel Aviv), Cannabis Cup and Pyramid Yoga Festival. As an activist, she’s given a TEDx talk and is working on her first book, Pretty for a Brown Girl. TRISHES is one of three artists brought to us by KEYCHANGE U.S. Their mission is to support and promote women and gender expansive artists in the music industry.
