Rinna is a former high school English teacher, poetry teacher, poetry coach and debate coach turned life coach. She is trained in NLP, subconscious healing, somatic healing, and sexual healing, specializing in sex and intimacy coaching. She is the director of the non profit organization, Sex Positive 805, located near Santa Barbara, California, and cuddle workshops are her favorite offering! Her passion is making the world a more sex positive place, through empowering educational classes and workshops, as well as working with coaching clients to overcome societal shame and stereotypes around sexuality, and encouraging and celebrating all authentic self expression!
