Lanikai is a life long visual artist inspired by her connection with nature, and her healing journey. She was born and raised in the sacred southwest in Foagstaff AZ and still resides there today. She is fed by her connection to the land and the beauty it beholds. Her upbringing in Waldorf curriculum fostered a love for the arts, and with the support of friends, family and teachers she has found her quintessential medium—painting. She has a style that can be described as visionary, with heavy feminine themes, organic flowing lines and a sculptural feel. She hopes to inspire deep feeling within the viewers experience as well as a sense of remembering of our connection to nature and to life.
