Katherin went to her first Kundalini yoga and meditation class in 2007 and immediately fell in love with the practice. She has been teaching Kundalini yoga and meditation since 2010 after training at Golden Bridge, Los Angeles. Katherin is also a filmmaker and activist who believes deeply in the creative potential inherent in every human being. Her goal in each class is to integrate the body, mind, and soul, combining movement, breathwork, and meditation with a knowledge of meridians, energy centers, and the body’s wisdom to foster personal growth and transformation. Katherin witnesses daily both the subtle and powerful impacts this practice continues to give her: a deep appreciation for the beauty of the body and its innate capacity for joy, a calm space during emotional times, and an awe for the sacredness of life and every precious moment it offers. All levels are welcome.
