Feel Good Flow – Fri 2:30pm & Sun 11:30am

Emily has been practicing yoga for the past 6 years, and recently completed her 200 hr RYT training in Costa Rica. She is excited to enter this new side of the practice as a teacher, while continuing to grow as a student herself.
Emily’s intention is to create a safe space for others to cultivate joy, community, self-connection, and self-love both on and off the mat, while encouraging students to keep showing up for themselves.
