With a background in Dance and Human Development Counseling Services, I discovered a deep connection between physical, mental, and social well-being. Studying both fields revealed how somatic health is intertwined with our overall wellness. Drawing from various learned modalities, I experienced Movement Meditation—now I offer a workshop designed to guide participants through a natural energy cycle, from 0% to 100% and back down again.
This practice follows the body’s innate rhythm, helping us process emotions, sensations, and energies in a healthy, mindful way. No dance or meditation experience is required— all levels are welcome! Through movement, we explore our emotional, physical, and social health, allowing for greater self-awareness and balance.
