Divina has spent her lifetime performing with many musicians of all genres. Ranging from Latin jazz, soul, reggae, hip hop and R&B, she provides an eclectic style suitable for any occasion or venue. For the last few years, Divina has focused on music production and instrumentation to give a unique & intimate live looping performance that is as refreshing as it is entertaining. For the last 3 years, she has been the lead singer & frontwoman of the San Diego-based band Boostive, performing many private events, venues & festivals opening for well-known acts such as Bonobo, Domi & JD Beck, Tokimonsta, RJD2, Slightly Stoopid, Thievery Corporation, Lee “Scratch” Perry, Don Carlos, Matisyahu & many others. Whether it’s solo, duo, or performing with her touring band, she is always professional and engaging to her audience. Divina draws influences from Erykah Badu, Sade, Bob Marley, D’Angelo, Amy Winehouse, Lauryn Hill & J Dilla, just to name a few of the many she deeply appreciates across decades.
