Stevan Morris has become a leading figure in the handpan world as both a musician and the artisan behind Hamsa Handpans. Based in Los Angeles, he has spent 15 years dedicated to this new and evolving art form of singing steel. Aside from being Los Angeles’ first handpan maker and a talented performer, Stevan is also the organizer of the annual Pantasia Handpan Gathering, which most recently held their 10 year anniversary here at the JTMF site! Stevan has played at many previous festivals and is excited to come back and share the magic of the handpan with his Joshua Tree family. He hopes to share this instrument with the world so that others can experience the deep and profound transformations possible through this vessel.
