Hi-dez artist and filmmaker Kate McCabe loves playing the best records. Her Friday night kitchen dance party show on the beloved and now defunct Radio Free Joshua Tree was an international favorite. She’s had DJ residencies at Palm Springs’ Ace Hotel, guested with LA’s Shake Appeal, and hosts the weekly Sunday Drive at the Red Dog Saloon in Pioneertown. Kate plays all vinyl, specializing in Soul, Funk, Rock, Punk, Disco, and Freestyle. Kate will set the groove on Thursday eve for the Art Gallery opening in the main music bowl.
