Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Jen learned the importance of the human-plant connection at an early age. Little did she know that this awareness would lay the foundation for her future. Her true passion lies with the vibrational medicine of plants and this has led to the studies of Amazonian plant medicine, Cha Dao (The Way Of Tea), and over 1000 hours of herbal education from The Colorado School Of Clinical Herbalism, with an emphasis on flower essences.
Jen currently resides in Joshua Tree, California, nestled between Oleander and Chaparral, where she offers flower essence consultations, tea ceremony, and reiki therapy, through her business, True North Essences. In her spare time, you will find her training to become a death care worker, sitting in tea ceremony, and adventuring in nature with her rescue pup, Dolly.
