RENT AN RV
Rent an RV with our RV partner, RV Share. RV Share connects you with RV owners in the area, you can book an RV for pick up or even arrange to have it delivered at the site with plenty of options to choose from to suit your needs and budget.
RESERVED RV SITES
We have a limited number of reserved RV sites with power/water hook-ups. Each site comes with power (50amp, 30 amp, & 20amp outlets), and water. These book out well in advance, contact us to inquire.
HAVING A TRAILER/RV DELIVERED
RVs may be dropped off during Box Office hours starting Thursday. If you wish to drop off your RV on Wednesday, you must purchase an Early Entry Pass. You must also have a valid 4 day wristband. Please contact us to coordinate early drop off.
If you need to rent an RV check out our RV partner RV Share. They connect you with RV owners in your area with pick up or delivery options.
The delivery driver will check in at the front gate box office to get a temporary pass. They will need to confirm name and site number, then go in and drop off the RV or TRAILER. The rental must be towed off of the RV site by Monday at 11am sharp, otherwise we will charge you to tow it to our day parking lot. Driver must deliver and pick up during Will Call hours:
- WEDNESDAY 2pm – 8pm (must have early entry pass)
- THURSDAY, FRIDAY 8am – 11pm
- SATURDAY 8am – 10pm
- SUNDAY 8am – 6pm.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE THE SITE
The site is yours from Thursday at 8am until Monday at 11am. You must have a valid 4 Day Festival Pass, site rentals are for the full event only. If you wish to arrive early on Wednesday, you must purchase an Early Entry Pass and can check into your site starting at 2pm (each person arriving Wednesday must have their own Early Entry pass). If you wish to stay on in the campground after this time, you must check in at the campground general store by 11am Monday and pay for an extra night of camping.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON MY SITE
The entire RV site is yours to fill with as many friends as you like. Each person must have a ticket, tickets are not included with the site. You get one RV pass with your site purchase. Any other vehicle coming in to the campground will need the appropriate vehicle pass. Please note: no tents are to be staked on the RV sites, there is electrical and plumbing running underground.
CAN I PUT TENTS/SHADE ON MY SITE?
Absolutely no staking of anything is allowed on the RV sites, there is electrical and plumbing running underground.
RV/TRAILER DRY CAMPING
If you wish to have your trailer or RV in the campground (without hook-ups), you will need to purchase the appropriate Vehicle Camping Pass. These are available on our general ticketing page and do sell out in advance.
WHAT PASS DO I NEED?
To have your trailer or RV in the campground, you will need to purchase the appropriate Vehicle Camping Pass. These are sold by length (total length including any tow vehicle). If you are towing a vehicle with a motor you will need to buy a vehicle pass for that vehicle as well. Each member of your party also needs a valid festival wristband.

WHERE DO I CAMP?
RVs and trailers will be placed in our RV dry camping area. Camping spots are first come, first served. There are no water or power hookups in dry camping.
• COZY CAMPER TRAILERS •
Our Cozy Camper Trailers are the epitome of rustic desert style. Air conditioned, refurbished and equipped with power outlets, lockable doors, gravity flow sink for brushing teeth and washing face and hands (no kitchen or bathroom). Available in a variety of bed configurations. Contact us to inquire.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Trailers can be rented with or without bedding. Includes 1 x Parking Pass to park your transport vehicle in Day Parking. Festival tickets, early entry passes and any additional vehicle passes must be purchased separately. Each member of your party must have a valid festival wristband.
CHECK IN PROCESS
You can check in during regular Box Office hours starting Thursday. If you would like to arrive Wednesday, please arrange this ahead of time with us, you must also purchase an Early Entry pass for each member of your party.

Your first stop is the Box Office where you will pick up your wristbands. Let them know you have a trailer rental and they will direct you to ‘Star Gate’ to check in. You’ll be directed to park in front of Trailer Village, then come over to Production to check in and get access to your trailer. Please note this parking is temporary, once you’ve finished unloading, you will move to Day Parking where your vehicle will remain for the duration of the event.
CHECK OUT PROCESS
Please have your Cozy Camper Trailer cleared and vacated by 10am on Monday so that our cleaners can start their job. $10 per hour (or part thereof) will be deducted from your deposit for late departures. Ensure you have all your belongings (anything left behind may be mailed back at the guest’s expense), lock the door behind you, and that’s it!
DEPOSITS
The deposit may be used to cover any damages, any additional cleaning costs (eg from smoking in the trailer), and late exit fees. Your deposit will be returned within 10 days of the festival end date.
TRAILER ETIQUETTE
- Please NO smoking in the trailers, you will incur an extra cleaning fee.
- Be mindful of your neighbors, community is crucial.
- Please don’t leave your AC running if you’re leaving your trailer for an extended period.
