Isaac Wathen (he/him) is a teacher, speaker, and founder of Inner Authority Coaching. Through 1:1 coaching, retreats, and community spaces, Isaac guides men to reclaim their power, deepen their emotional integrity, and create relationships built on truth, not performance.
Jessica (she/her) is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner who utilizes plant medicine, inner child & ancestral healing, karmic cord cutting, and intuitive wisdom to support her work. Her work is somatic, trauma-informed, and soul-rooted. She teaches men how to reconnect to their bodies, release old patterns that are no longer supportive, feel again without being overwhelmed, and show up in relationships with presence and safety.
Drawing on a blend of spiritual insight, embodiment work, and real-world experience, Isaac and Jessica help men break free from people-pleasing, emotional suppression, and outdated ideas of fulfillment. Their bold yet compassionate voices have earned them stages alongside leaders like Blu of Earth and Jai Dev Singh, and their content continues to challenge and inspire thousands online.
