Juana de la Selva (She/Her) is a yoga teacher, artist, and embodiment guide who has been sharing her practice for over a decade. Teaching since 2015, Juana weaves movement, breath, tai chi, chakra balancing, and mindful presence into classes that feel both grounding and expansive. Her offerings are inspired by nature, music, and the subtle magic of the moment, creating a space where students can reconnect with their bodies, hearts, and inner light.
Juana has taught at resorts and private retreats throughout Napa Valley, as well as at transformational gatherings like Mystic Rising Festival. Her path as a teacher was ignited by a spontaneous kundalini awakening in 2014, which deepened her understanding of yoga as a tool for awakening creativity and accessing higher states of consciousness.
In addition to teaching, Juana is an artist and model, infusing her life and practice with beauty, expression, and play. Her classes invite students to explore movement as meditation, to soften into joy, and to align with the magic of the present moment.
