We appreciate your flexibility and patience and will continue to be flexible with these tickets to ensure that everyone who has tickets ‘on hold’ is able to use them. Rest assured that every one of these tickets will be honored. We have announced our next event dates, instructions on how to redeem your tickets and reservations are above.
I haven’t received my new tickets yet. Make sure you RSVP on our Ticket Redemption Form. Once your rollover request is confirmed, you will receive an email from us. We will also send you an updated barcoded ticket. Your confirmation will come from support@aftontickets.com. You can also login at aftontickets.com to access your tickets. If you are still having trouble finding your tickets you can email us.
CasaGogo desert escapes. Enjoy a Joshua Tree escape and stay in the vintage CasaGogo campers at the JTMF site. We are taking reservations for Spring 2022 and beyond, if you’d like to inquire about putting your tickets towards a CasaGogo reservation email: bookings@casagogo.com.
If I roll over my tickets and then can’t use them, can I sell them? All of our tickets remain transferable so yes, you may gift or sell them to a friend to use instead. It is your responsibility that the person you roll your tickets over to is able to abide by any additional safety measures in place at that event. Please refer to the event info page for this information.
Who can I contact regarding my tickets? For anything ticket related (this includes Car Camping, RV Camping, Early Entry and any other products purchased through Eventbrite), you can email us at love@joshuatreemusicfestival.com.
Who can I contact regarding my Trailer Rental/RV Hook Up Site Rental? You can email jtmusicfest@gmail.com.
Can I still get a refund? We understand things are changing and uncertain. If your deadline to request a refund has passed, please do email us if you find yourself in a difficult position so we can come up with a solution together.
