I “found my voice” while living completely off-grid in a canyon in New Mexico, seven river crossings from the nearest road. For 23 years I led retreats and wilderness/ wild foods experiences and helped others to access their own authentic voices. I’ve spent the last eight years integrating the lessons and working on a memoir from that pivotal life journey. Currently, I make my living as a private chef, sound/ song facilitator, and writer of the cooking/lifestyle Substack “Singing The Bones.”
