Jenna P. (she/her) is a movement and pain relief coach from San Diego with over 20 years of experience in Pilates, yoga, and orthopedic bodywork. Her teaching blends deep core connection, nervous system regulation, and feel-good functional movement to help people feel strong, confident, and pain-free in their bodies. She’s also the founder of Thrive Beyond Pain, a holistic program for healing chronic pain through movement, mindset, and nutrition.
